Before I leave the gym, my colleagues was doing this challenging workout that catches my attention badly... I decided to join the challenge!

1.High Box Jumps x5 reps
2.Pull Ups (strict form) x10 reps
3.Bar Dips x15 reps
4.20KG Kettle Bell Swings x20 reps
5.Push Ups x25 reps
6.Deep Squats x50 reps

Completed in 3mins 11 secs (performed with no preparation and warm up)
